RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Clarashoe, we use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect fit. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size, you may return the item to the following address within 30 days of receiving it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice:

Please mention the desired exchange size and style on the invoice. Alternatively, you may contact us via email at info@clarashoe.com to initiate the exchange.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or cancellations.

  • Exchanges are allowed for another size of the same style only. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another style of equal value.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • International orders: We do not offer exchanges or refunds on international orders.
  • Important: If your order contains additional accessories (such as "Heel Shields"), please remove them before returning the product for exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer FREE shipping on prepaid orders within India. Your order will typically be delivered within 5-8 working days.
  • We rely on leading logistics companies for deliveries. In the event your address is outside their service area, we will contact you to explore alternative solutions.
  • Delays: Festivals, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions may cause further delays. Rest assured, we will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
