Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect fit. However, if you still wish to exchange your pair for a different size, you may return the pair to us at CLARASHOE, Plot number C-104, Street 11/4, Chauhan Banger, Delhi - 110053 within 15 days, in its original box with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece, along with the size, on the invoice. You may also email us at info@clarashoe.com for assistance. We do not accept refund or cancellation requests.

Pairs can only be exchanged for another size of the same style. If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange the pair for another style of similar value.
